I know that I always want to be able to see what will be cleaned, before removing anything. When you run a scan from the initial Quick Check window, it lists the number of problems found in each category scanned, but there is no way to actually show the files and registry keys that were detected. The user interface has similarities to 360 Total Security and Glarysoft's Malware Hunter, but the layout is not as close to 360's as Malware Hunter's UI is. So right now, you may want to give this a miss. I've also has issues with inconsistent scan results and the program crashing. I was able to solve the problem, by exiting the program from the systray menu, and then opening it again.
I installed it and when I ran it the malware scanner was disabled, but everything else was working.
